You can get new KSA visa if you have come on exit re-entry visa and failed to get final exit, only after your Iqama is expired. And, there is no 2 years entry restriction/ NOC policy exist now...

Dear Sister,
your Iqama is not expired yet, its a problem. the rules here are changing at the moment. i dont know the current rule for people who left KSA on exit reentry visa.
However, as per my experience u need to wait for visa processing untill ur iqama expires after Ramadan or u need to get NOC from MOH stamped from chamber of commerce and MOI/MOFA if u want to apply visa before ur Iqama expires...Regards,

sorry i forgot to tell the date. i left saudi august 14, 2012 and. my visa validity was 60 days. my iqama will be expired after ramadan. i was hired last friday only. thanks

salam brother mohsin, i am worried about visa. i was working for three years as nurse under Ministry of health. Last august 2012 i came to philippines for vacation only. Because i had family problem here i couldnt go back to saudi. I tried to apply again in MOH but it HOP(meaning i am under the hospital management). They hired me already, i will be working in mallah inshaAllah..and i am scheduled for medical. but my concern is maybe i will have problem in visa processing. i really need your help brother. I really really wanna go bck to saudi.. thank you

they are asking NOC becoz your Iqama has not expired, did u get Final Exit or not??? if not then u need to get NOC stamped from Chamber of Commerce & MOFA...

Can you answer my question about NOC?
I left Saudi Arabia by march and my sponsor told that i can come back to Saudi at any time but when i try to stamp for another visa for Saudi they have rejected and asked to bring NOC,
my Iqama expires on January 2014
What are contents should be included in NOC? and What the stamps should be attested?Thank you for reply
