Wasta for Saudi marriage permission

We need someone who is working in the ministry of interior or it's offices and can speed up the approval of our marriage permission application. It's for my Saudi husband to have permission to marry me, a US citizen and bring me into the kingdom to live. Or even someone who can help me obtain a kafeel for a work visa so I can live in the kingdom with my husband. Or else I can not get a visa
