family visit visa

i have been submitted a 'visit visa" application for my family on 22nd aug 2010. i have't recvd any positive reply yet. now i would like to know that,should i give another application? or should i wait ? i dont know what i should do. Our Co. PRO is saying that it will be ok within 2 weeks. this 2 weeks time he giving me since that date.sincerely i am seeking a kind help

  Brother,

  Take the print out of this application and bring it with original iqama copy to MOFA office,you will got the visa ISA.

  after the status msg received on 10/03/2013 i visited MOFA on 11/03/2013 nad i submitted my original chabarised form along with my Iqama copy. Counter Saudi told me chech after 5 days but untill now no positive response

  i submitted my family visit visa application to MOFA on 11/3/2013 until now i did not receive any positive msg. while i check online at MOFA website it display the msg as: مراجعة فرع الوزارة بجده بأصل الطلب وأصل الإقامة وصورة منها بتاريخ 10/03/2013

  without any update after submitted MOFA:

  your applying from which city where did u chamber if your applying from jeddah u need to activate u r form after chamber in main branch (tafeel) then only your online form activate

  Applied for visit visa for my mother online 15 days back and my company submitted it at Chamber of Commerce with required documents but the site still showing same application form
