dear sir i m an engineer cam to saudi before 5 months by beleving one of my friend but i found nothing here wat he promised me even i dont have a contract copy first he said me the contract wil of one year but my sponser took my sign on two year contract and he dint sign on it neither he gave me a copy.. he dont have any job for me i have to sit all the day like fool and he is not paying me regularly he wants me to search for a job so that he earn money from me.. i wana go back to india at any cost i m ready to pay wat ever it is. m from a poor family though i have house so i will sell it and pay it to my sponser so that i can go back but he said he wont let me to go .. plz help regarding this and how can i approch to labor court and alll plz........

I m ready to pay his expenses for my recruitment from india... i mean i dont want salary of 2 months, i dont want ticket, i m ready to pay about 5 - 6 thousand saudi riyals to my sponser to release me .. is it possible now to go back to india.. will these things help me out... will labor court and indian embassy help me listning these these things that i m ready to pay all the expenses he made during my recruitment... plz guide me coz this is the last thing i hope ........ plz guide me....

Dear Malik bhai,
Don't worry you will reach India.
If you decide to go to labor court you required following things.
1) Complaint in Arabic (you write your all problem in english and translate from any certified translator).
2) Attach your Iqama copy with the application.
If you know the address of your sponsor office mension in your complaintbefore going to labor court you should leave you sponsor accommodation.
and hid your slf from his reach other wise he can create problem for you.if you have signed any agreement just think before going to labor court.
do you have any proof that your r working and not received salary than it will add advantage.
If you r in Dammam whole process will take 2 to 3 month
if you r in jubail it will take 1- 1.5 month.so my friend before taking some strong step just think about all possibility.
one more suggestion you can take a help from dawa centre and also conact indian embassy ( this corrupt people will not going to help).ok take care, insha allah every thing will be fine

Dear bhai, mere do mahine ki salary uske pas hai, yani 6400 SR, aur jab main yaha aya tha to 30000 INR bhar ke aya tha, to main labor court me boldunga ke mujhe do mahine ki salary nahi chahiye, aur ticket bhi nahi chahiye bas mujhe yaha se jaana hai, mujhe labor ke saath accomodation me rakha hai, mujhe paisa nahi chahiye main bas ghar jaana chahta hu bhai plz, meri bewi hai, bacha hai, maa baap hai bhai hai sab ko main hi dekhna padhta hai,, aur maine gharwalo ko yeh sab nahi bataya hu,,
Main pehle labor court me jaake phir seedha indian embassy jaana chahta hu.. kya mera kaam hojayega... plz bhai meri madat karo..

My Dear Khan,
I can advise you one thing that do not stop going to your work because the may file a complaint against you declaring absconding and do not discuss any of the legal matter with any of your office colleague, I can understand your situation in this time. Because same way I had suffered but by the grace of ALLAH and with few helps I was able to leave the country. I will also request you not to inform your family members about this because they may get worried on all this as they don't know the exact things here. Bas sabr karo INSHALLAH ap zarur apne watan apni family ke pas wapas jaoge. ALLAH apko kamyabi de aur apki madad kare aur apki tammnayein puri kare. I don't know about this country but why can't you go through embassy of India, because I am not sure about the favour of labour court to you.

Sir, can u tel me how can i approach to labor court, what document i have to show them, is there any fees for approaching labor court, how long it will take to solve my problem, i dont want salary from my sponser i dont want ticket, i just want exit or exit/reentry.. i wana leave this country at any cost.. i fed up.. do they ask me to write resignation letter in arabic.. can i work out side til my problem soved... plz guide me all these things please i wil b very thank full to u and all .... i planning to approach labor court next month... i dont have friends to stay here during my dispute ... plz guide me ...
