My name is Paolo. I am from Italy and i would like to move to L.A. Since i do not know anybody there i wanted to ask you if its very difficult to get a job in L.A. as a Foreigner?

I do have a highschool diploma and i already know that i will need a visa

My main goal is to become an actor but first i need to get a job there to make a living and to earn enough money to pay an actor studio.

Can anybody provide me with information please?

Thanks

    Hi Cheri

I am not sure how I should call you. I mean, may I Call you Ms, Maddam? Is that right? I do not want to be rude.

thank you very much for answering me. Okay, I would like to talk to you aswell. But I do not have an account on myspace.com yet. Is it necessary to have an account to talk to you? If it is so i will create one for me.

When would you like to talk with me? We have to arrange a time. For instance,
its 1:32 pm in Italy right now. I hope to hear from you soon

    thank you very much

    Paolo

    Hi Paolo~
I have lived in L.A. for 37 years, during which time I have worked as an actress, Personal Mgr. & author. L.A. is a big city filled w/ con artists, so you do need some guidance to avoid the obvious pitfalls. Despite the recession, there is work in L.A. and the pay is better than most places. However, the cost of living is also higher.
I am also a realtor and have short term rentals that you may be interested in renting upon your arrival, rather than a pricey hotel or unknown rental. Then I can assist you on finding the appropriate apt. I would be happy to speak with you before you arrive and answer any questions you may have.
