Automated call reassurance system for people left behind in this modern society find themselves or their loved ones, usually the elderly living at home alone.
We have a paid daily service that rings their phone until a response is established either by the customer themselves or designated alternates (up to seven calls in all) Once answered they acknowledge that they are okay, thus ensuring their wellbeing and safety with minimum of one call per day.
Every call is logged and extra services are available such as extra calls at different times of the day, extra alternate numbers, medication reminders (generic) This system is fully automated and is not subject human frailty and can be offered as a stand alone service before more services are required or it can be used in conjunction with the other services you are already providing
