  Can anybody help me....

  dear all,
  just 2 months before i came to bahrain for software engineer jobs, when came to know that company not providing salary on time that's why i searched new jobs and then now i got offer letter in good company. so that i want to transfer my visa to new employer but old employer cannot accept resignation and also cannot allow to transfer my visa to new employer. i do not know what i have to do. pls help me.....contact no.34476730.
