    No I don’t believe that.
    The ones that are staying are buttered under if not emancipated by an over controlling government and will continue to run along with the status quo, whilst being secretly frustrated , thus resulting this negative attitude.

    The ones that are leaving don’t care any more.
    I mean of course they care about their homeland, but they are leaving because they know it’s futile the way it is at the moment.
