    Keep the printout for this paper with iqama copy again and go to MOAFA office token counter then he will send you the other counter,,,,ask him that you already submitted the documents but still the status is same,

    Some time the MOFA people get the iqama copy with application and put on the table,,,,,,and forget to update in database,,,,,this is happened with you before,,,
