Do your a HUGE favor and go walking through the villa neighborhoods. When you see a "Haris" out washing cars, taking care of the property, ask him if there are any villa flats for rent. The Haris knows many of the other villas and will be able to direct you to a villa with a flat for rent. Many times when you go through an agent, you will pay exhorbitant fees. My wife and I rented a villa floor for KD 450. The same arrangement would have cost much more with commissions added if we had gone through an agent to source it.
