Sobre mí:: I was born and raised in London and I moved to Milan two years ago and currently live in Porta Romana. I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer / Athlete and I have a private personal training studio in central Milan. I am also a sponsored Athlete for "Sci-MX" Sports Nutrition Company (www.sci-mx.co.uk). Sci-MX are one of the top leading sports nutrition companies in the UK and Europe. I became involved in the fitness industry over 18 years ago and I very much enjoy my work as a personal trainer. Having dedicated my life to health and fitness I know what it takes to get to the top and remain there. My passion is to share all my knowledge with everyone and anyone who wants to learn and who wants to reach the levels of fitness that they would like to aspire to.
