If I were you, i'd be careful with these consultancies. Some of them just want to take your money and won't help you at all. If you have a good background in IT, you can try to answer Australian job ads to be sponsored by a tech company in Australia. Or you can check the government website to see if your occupation is in demand. That's what some of my friends have done to get work in Australia.
