    Yes it is possible, it is called the Belgium-route...or European Route..please go for details to buitenlandse partner..

    If you register yourself in a smaller city...you may get your orange card (5 months permit in Belgium) then after 5 months max...they have to issue you the 5 year permit..and with this 5 year permit you and your husband can register yourself in Holland and appy for a 5 years residence permit in Holland...this is the fastest and easiest way to get into Holland...the MVV will be costly and takes more time ...and hassles...the advantage is that you don't have to go to Belgium but can get residence permit in Holland directly...but am sure your husband knows the way already....ck buitenlandse partner..all the questions are answered there...
