    i Went to MOFA and i asked about my submitted application. they said your application has been cancelled and generate new application. my question is in online form whether i have to write first Surname or Given name as passport.

    My name is: SHAFEEQ AHMED my Wife name is : AARIFA

    i have to write SHAFEEQ AHMED AARIFA or AARIFA SHAFEEQ AHMED
