I believe that the surgeries in Brazil are above our expectations. I contacted a company in Brazil (that was indicated by a friend of mine who went through this company) and I went there to perform breast implants and lift. It was a little bit expensive but very safe because my surgery was performed in an actual hospital and the company that arranged everything was very renowned.
