Your employer should make the visa for you, if you don't have a job offer yet, then you can go and find and then you need a visit visa which is not so hard to get. Accomodation you can find shared and not expensive but not so much comfort.
Dubai is quite expensive, so don't expect to save lots of money. But the lifestye is great
