    Hi ,

    I got for my wife permanent visa. little bit same issue as urs ....but be careful filling the form every thing check multiple times or better fill by ur company Admin
    1.Wife or children must be in English
    2.Spelling must be correct
    3.Ur detail and company info must be correct.
    4.sign and stamp by company.
    5.fees (2000) should be paid under Labor category
    6.Passport copies of ur family members, ur iqama copy and marriage certificate and degree both translation in Arabic .
    Reach early in the morning .....they issue visa on same time.....
    for sure they will give u.
    if they have any issue try to talk their manger who is siting different room same place and explain him or satisfy him.

    even mine marriage certificate and child birth certificate nothing was attested but translated only.
