מי אני:: We have just moved to Amersfoort from the UK. I love yoga and reading. I also love art and going to galleries. I am keen to learn Dutch and will start a language course soon. I would like to meet people to catch up and have a laugh and enjoy a coffee!

Hi, I am teaching yoga in Amersfoort, 1-2-1 and group classes. My style is based on Ashtanga Vinyasa flow, meditation and mindfulness. Do get in touch if you are interested in stilling the mind and tuning the body!
