Hi, i have a problem here, my friend came here last month in work visa to a bakery here.he paid, visa charges, flight tickets and some other service charges to the manager. he didnt signed any agreement. once he reached here the situation is changed, the salary is very low, more than 10hrs working time no overtime no off days 7 days working and no overtime. very bad accommodation and no food.now he wanted to go back. he is ready to pay him for his exit. but that manager is not willing to send him back. he is in a critical situation now. is there any rule or solution for exit from there, he is ready to pay him.
