Hi everybody ,I m really in write mess .I arrived here to the UK in 2009 on spouse visa to join my wife who s a British citizen and my son who is 4 years now.after 2 years of being here working and everything.I have been given a residence permit for 2years ( leave to remain what s will expire in FEB 2015).
About 3months ago me and my wife been experiencing some domestic problems what punched me to leave the house and star planing for divorce after been married for 7 years.
Can anybody please tell want will happen now as we ve been separated for 3 month? Will I lose my right to stay here.Thank you
