As your are holding a French Passport you don't required a visit visa, you can get it from Dubai Airport as soon you reach here, & the visa will be valid for two months 60 days from the date of Entry, by the way: UAE government they use to change the rules a lot, since there was a discussion to charge some few amount & to reduce the visiting time to 30 days, anyway you can come here any time & I don't think you need more than 30 days to tour in UAE, have a nice trip & I am sure you will enjoy a lot.
