    The shear amount of control, micro managing and state surveillance the State subjects its people to, is largely to blame for their grumpiness, negativity and occasional rudeness to each other.
    Key word “To Each Other”, not just the foreigners.
    They are just at the bottom end of the totem pole.

    If the US Government where to only try to implement half of that bureaucracy and control over the people, you can bet a nation would rise and march on the capital and many of them armed.
    Because it’s our very diversity that unites us.
    But that’s not even the point.

    It’s the German state that keeps people divided, by bureaucratically separating them into classes and ethnicities, even East Germans against West Germans.
    Cities and small towns pitted in competition with each other
    Because they know a divided people cannot defend themselves and negotiate effectively with the government.
    Leaving them subjected as individuals to whatever bureaucrats dream up regardless how ludicrous and demeaning.

    I am not advocating anarchy or violence that would be self-defeating.
    What I am saying only when Germans can begin to see themselfs as one people, regardless of race, ethnicity, class and location only then they will be able to solve the problems in their society.
