Kindly help for holding my iqama

I got a contract with a travel agency and trusting them I have opend my office in Riyadh. They said that my iqama will be ready in max 1 month but 2 months has been passed, I have still waiting. They keep me with my business visa to stay here till I get my iqama. I would like to ask how you can help me to have my iqama in short time. If possible, change my business visa into iqama.
