My mom just came home from Kuwait. She got trouble on her clearance at the immigration because of her previous debts to a certain person, to make it short she was in the block list. It was really frustrating because that particular responsiblity has been done and paid off. She called that person and have her name cleared the following day and she got out there but she was the last passenger called and the immigration officers at the airport let her go. Now, her employer in Kuwait has been looking for her because the immigration is looking for her, that she was not cleared. They thought that she's still in Kuwait which is evidently she's in Cebu now. We need some help regarding my moms situation about her clearance in the immigration in Kuwait because we don't want her to have any trouble soon on her coming here to the USA. I would like to know if Cebu has a Kuwaiti consulate. Why the immgration there in Kuwait keeps on looking for her and her passport? Please any advise is very much appreciated. Have a good one!
