  Culver Max Entertainment owns the over-the-top freemium streaming service SonyLIV in India. The first OTT service in India, SonyLIV, was launched in 2013. In addition to offering content licensed by third parties in India, such as Lionsgate and ITV, it also streams content from its local networks, including movies, TV shows, live sporting events, and original programming. In order to fulfill its expanded position as a producer and distributor of films and television shows starting in 2020, SonyLIV now provides a wide range of original material through its online library.
