Belgio forum < timeline for fiancee visa?

    It's what we're planning.
    First, we are trying to communicate to Belguim Embassy in Phillipines to get the Legal Capacity of my BF and get married here in Philippines.

    Second, after the wedding we are going to process spouse visa and family reunification for my son. He's registered with my name. So i don't need to get consent to the father.

    I will really try to have our both visa and join my husband to be.
    I hope my plan with the processing is okay?
