Hello,
If you are looking for a job you will have a very hard time finding one with a BA in Psych with English as a second language. My wife just got accepted into an NYU Research Assistant job that pays decently well, but it was VERY competitive. With a BA in psych it's hard to get a decent job anywhere in the US really, everyone has one! I'd recommend 1. Brushing up on your English 2. Getting at least a master's degree.
Of course this all depends on your grades too :)
