Hello my name is Masnoena I'm a South African woman married to a British citizen, my husband and i are planning to move to the UK and while he is currently working here and seeking employment in the UK in order for us to relocate, i have the opportunity to go over and start work straight away however i was wondering that the spouse visa if it would be possible for me to go over and start work with my husband and kids following shortly after or does my husband need to accompany me over there? Please i would be really grateful if anyone can help in answering this for me.
