My husband and I are looking for somehere to spend our Winters and are looking at the Azores. We normally go to Thailand but prefer to avoid long haul flights and the Azores look beautiful. We are looking at one of the larger islands with access to everything within walking distance as we don't want to buy another car. I would love to hear from anyone on Terceira or Sao Miguel or any other suggestions. We will be looking for a property with 2 beds 2 baths and outside space either a terrace ofr small garden and firstly somewhere to rent while we house hunt. We like walking, good food and wine and enjoy all the festivals we have in Italy so feel the Azores could be right for us.
Any recommendations fpr este agents would be greatly appreciated.
