    Dear Sister,

    your Iqama is not expired yet, its a problem. the rules here are changing at the moment. i dont know the current rule for people who left KSA on exit reentry visa.
    However, as per my experience u need to wait for visa processing untill ur iqama expires after Ramadan or u need to get NOC from MOH stamped from chamber of commerce and MOI/MOFA if u want to apply visa before ur Iqama expires...
