    Hi there,

    I have a question and would very much appreciate it if anyone can shine some light on this issue - I have signed a 3 yr limited contract with my current company - I've completed about 18 months so far - I have an Abu Dhabi visa and have been offered a job by a company based in the free zone (Dubai) - my questions are;

    - if I resign, will I be subjected to a 6 mths ban ?

    - will I have to pay my current employer any money for breaching my contract if I were to join a company based in the free zone ?

    I'm not sure if this matters, but I do have a Bachelors and Masters Degree

    Any help on this would be much appreciated
