But visa can be stamped without any setting, The rule is as if you have traveled in higher profession than you can not get visa endorsed in lower category, and if you have traveled in low category and now high profession so you have to produce certificate as per visa profession.
And if you renew the passport than consulate will ask old pp, there is no benefit in changing passport
