Yes, Your Iqama can be renewed without any delays even if ur sponsor falls in the yellow category . You have not completed 6 years in the kingdom , hence it can be renewed ,similarly anyone who has exceeded 6+ years in the kingdom & falls in the yellow category , unfortunately those people are unlucky !Anyways just to enlighten you further more ,the labor ministry has updated its Nitaqat System , Now the colors are as follows,
AKHDAR MURTIFA ( Can be assumed as DARK GREEN)
AKHDAR MUTAWASSAT ( Can Be Assumed as MEDIUM GREEN)
AKHDAR MUKHAFADH ( Can Be Assumed as LIGHT GREEN)
ASFAR ( YELLOW)
