    Hi,
    As i know the property in switzerland is expensive,
    my friend he baught an apartment outside the city-Zurich arround (30 km) by 40.0 00 CHF per meter (120 m2)

    regarding the rural regions you should specify if you need a land then you will build your own house or already built,
