    Hello,

    I work here in Eindhoven and have permanent contract. My monthly gross income is 2140 euros.
    I'm looking for a long-term rent room/studio with possible address registration, I think it's best for me. I have furniture, so it can be soft-furnished, as I currently live in an unfurnished rental property and I have already invested in furniture. It would be great if I could use them again.
    I don't have pets.
    Regarding the rental date - I can move now, otherwise I have a deadline before April 1.
    Regarding the rental price - 500 - 850 euros per month.
    As a studio or room location, I would like to be in the area around Winkelcentrum Woensel or in the northern part of the center.
