    I am suspecting that since your Iqama is from Riyadh and you're staying in Jeddah could raise questions at MOFA. As per the information, you must go to the same province's ministry where your Iqama was issued from.
    Nevertheless post your Application number and ID number. I find it extremely odd that after activation of app from Chamber of Commerce, the MOFA is asking you to re-attest your application.
