Thank you for your reply. Let me try to clarify:
Since my friend in an American citizen, and for purposes of clarity, let us say she is living with her husband (nikkah only) in Dubai, she does NOT need permission from her husband to return to the U.S. with their baby.What if her husband is angry and does not want her to leave Dubai with the child. Does he have any power to stop it?
