    I am looking at moving to Germany "Mannheim-Sandhofen" I lived in Germany before for three years but I was a soilder then and living their was alot easier. I will be a contractor this time and saving money would be nice. I would like to live off $2,000 US dollars a month. For one person (food, apartment, internet, ect..) maybe a car but I dont think I can stay under 2,000 a month if I get a car. So any advice would be great. Thanks
