    Hi George,
    I have been using skype and never had any problems with it. Sometimes the internet is a little slow though. You can even use magic jack and get an US number. So calling is cheaper.
    Facebook works fine, too. As well as the other social networks I use.
    The only thing they censor is porn sites and download websites as far as I know.
