    Hi Lambert,
    I am also sad as I can't celebrate Christmas and New Year with my partner. You can re-apply anytime. There is no limit. But since you submitted complete documents and yet denied. It's advantage for you then as you're a student. How many days you requested? Mine I submitted documents that I have a job here that I will be back here in PH and yet denied.

    I really don't know what's their basis.

    I will call the embassy tomorrow so that by Wednesday I can get my passport. Me and Rizsha will go to the embassy on Wednesday.
