Just for all the ones which are still wondering how it works or worked for me, my advice is that to check always directly into the Hungarian laws and not settle with the info from the Lawyers as in my case they didnt want to accept a Certificate and told me that would never work or be accepted and i applied with the Certificate of Studies instead of Diploma and was accepted by the Office so the lawyers information is not always the most accurate.
