He was the Principal of a construction management firm and a real estate business in NJ for over 13 years. He speaks fluent English and Spanish. His wife, Ileana, is from the Yucatan which gives him the perfect mix of know-how to get your home buying process completed quick and smoothly every time. David will work on your behalf to get you the best price possible as well as understands how to address any concerns as he has built/purchased a new home in the Yucatan himself. When David is not at the office or showing properties he enjoys swimming in the pool or time at the beach with his wife and son.
