    Hi, Chris,

    Great recomendations... however the sirtuation of Brasil is totaly different from the rest of Amercia Latin, because it is a CPLP country - Comunidade de Países daLlíngua Portuguesa a.k. as Lusofonia country) and special beneficts are in use with citizens of those countries.

    However there are several scholarships beneficiating other MERCOSUL citizens, in fact Santander has a few in different subjects.

    All the other data that you have compile seem very handly in deed.
