  I have worked very closely for visa submission and stamping in an travel agency.
  Visa High to low cause a problem. In your case this should not be a big issue.

  You will not have any problems in future if you stamp your visa by setting. Your visa is issued for Delhi or mumbai consulate?
  And what are the quote given by travel agents.
