There is no easy way to get a job. Especially in Dubai, where the market is very competitive. You need several years' experience in your field in order to enter the job market successfully. If you're still studying in college or a fresh graduate, it is more difficult to get a job. Therefore, it's better to get a job first in your home country and after you have some experience (at least two years), then try finding a job in Dubai.
Choose your field of work. Do you want to work in the law profession or do you want to work in import/export or do you prefer knitting? Whatever career you choose, choose it wisely, because you'll be working in that profession for most, if not all, of your life. After you have a few years' experience, take a trip to Dubai and try finding a job when you get there. In the meantime, you may want to link up with professionals in your line of career and preferred location (such as Dubai), for example through linkedin.com . Having contacts will increase your chances of finding a job when you actually start looking for it.
