spanish citizenship through naturalized partner

i am really depressed because the spain immigration department says, that i will be only eligible for the get the spanish citizenship if i get married with a spaniard by origin not by some one who get the citizenship through naturalization (after fulfilling the 10 years period).
i could not undersand this double standared policy. it is a discriminatory law. when u give the citizenship to some one then u must give him/her full rights of citizen.
