I see now what is wrong. Skype is ok as long as it is PC to PC. I can do that with Yahoo YM so that's no problem. Up until around 5 months ago, I was using this VOIP program called Nymgo, it enabled me to call land lines and cellphones for very cheap. Then all of a sudden, the site just vanished taking around $15 credit that I had in my account. It also happened to a couple of guys at work.
The only reason I would use Skype is if I could call cellphones and mobiles worldwide but the site where you pay by paypal or credit card ( www.skypeout.com) to put credit in your registered account is blocked. So I don't need Skype, I'd just stick to yahoo YM PC to PC.
Facebook is fine, but they blocked Tagged.
