    There are thousands of voip applications available on internet. The ones johni selvan mentioned are popular but not reliable. Many of these offer free calls to landlines in UK and US. Hence you can reap the benfits irrespective of whether they withdraw services or not.
    Milespaker, skype.com is blocked but not the skype application. you could download from any download site. 4shared.com,download.com etc...But skype,yahoo calls very expensive compared to the ones we have talked bout earlier.My best bet is you can have either skype/yahoo as back up and continue with the cheaper ones.

    I have no clue why some guys are saying social sites are blocked.Facebook and orkut are very much alive.

    @George, i am dumping atleast 100 gb usingg torrents. everything is alive. you could have any content downloaded. there is no way to regulate this. afterall it a p2p sharing. Only concern is some of the useful sites are blocked. and some isps are very good at blocking the proxy sites.
