    Newton has ticked me off royally today. We parents are expected to pay our 2nd term fees by 17 Dec 09!!! Afaf please clarify why parents are asked to pay the school fees in advance. Surely the first term's fees should cover the first term's expenses. If not, then your cash flow problems are just that, your problem not ours. Its not like you going to pay the hardworking teachers in advance for Christmas. Which incidentally, you should. For those of us that celebrate Christmas, the expense at this time of year can be staggering as we try to spread the goodwill and cheer. Please note the following points.
    - Our companies do not pay us in advance.
    - The Qataris and many others have to pay out of their own pockets and do not have the luxury of having "private" school fees paid by multinational companies(your target market).
    - I will not part with a single penny until such time(second term) when the fees are actually due.Why should I?
