hi there, can anyone tell me on which website i can get information bout immigration ban frm abu dhabi,uae..
i worked in abu dhabi for 1 year and 3months, then resigned and had my visa cancellation last december 2010. im trying to get a visit visa again but the agency told me that i have immigration ban, was shocked becuase didnt thought of having one. please help me find a website wherein i can check if the ban really exist en how i got it,,

Labor Ban is for a period of 6 mnths only; if its an immigration ban with an of legal issues, then it can kept for life time

i was worket 12 years then 3 years wend back india after 3 years wend dubai i got mdical unfit they send back with ban with out any reason why they put unfit and ban now i working saudi arabia with out any problme so please fint when my ban can rlease when i can come dubai againe
hii everybody - Two types of Bans - Labor Ban & Immigration Ban

Hi Dear ones, I just like to share my knowledge about UAE Labor and Immigration Bans.
Labor Ban comes to a person who hold Labor card. If the person who did not complete at-least 2 yrs on his contract; he will get a labor ban of 6 months.
Whereas a person who is not completing at-least one year from his visa- will get Immigration Ban of 01 year.
Labor ban can be taken out with some options but Immigration ban could not be removed. And a person who has labor ban can come back to UAE on visit visa; whereas a person with Immigration ban could not enter to UAE in any visa. (No visa will get approval from immigration)
Who has labor ban can move to free-zone without hassles and to Govt services too - as both these segments has no direct connection with Labor Dept.
And the person who has ban can be lifted it up with below options:-
Bachelor and above qualifications certificate with a high salary offer of above 12,000 DHS
or secondary education certificate (With a lower position on contract) with salary above 5000 DHSHope it clear to all :)
